LGPN Subscription Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your subscription to LGPN services. By subscribing, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility & Compliance

• LGPN services are intended for UK GP practices and Locum workers.
• Subscribers must ensure compliance with all applicable NHS regulations, including but not limited to:
• NHS England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland contractual obligations.
• IR35 regulations for Locum workers.
• Data protection and confidentiality as per GDPR and NHS Digital guidelines.
• LGPN reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of NHS policies or regulatory requirements.

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

• Subscription fees are billed on a 6 monthly and 12 monthly basis.
• Payment is required in advance and will be automatically charged to your selected payment method.
• Prices are subject to change, with at least 30 days notice provided to subscribers.

4. Renewals & Cancellations

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time via [your account settings/contacting support.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• If you cancel your membership, you will still have full access to services until the subscription period ends.

5. Late or Failed Payments

• If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within 7 days.
• If payment remains unpaid, access to LGPN services may be suspended until outstanding amounts are settled.

6. Refunds & Disputes

• Payments are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate billing or system errors.

7. Data Protection & Confidentiality

• LGPN handles all data in compliance with GDPR and NHS data security standards.
• Subscribers must not share or misuse patient data in any way that violates NHS regulations.
• LGPN is not responsible for any data breaches caused by subscriber negligence.

8. Account Termination

• LGPN reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to meet NHS compliance standards.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

• LGPN provides services “as is” and is not responsible for losses resulting from disruptions, technical issues, or regulatory changes.
• Subscribers remain responsible for ensuring their use of LGPN services complies with NHS requirements.
• LGPN cannot guarantee that their services will directly result in members finding employment.

10. Changes to Terms

• LGPN may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
